Origin keeps saying 'Your login credentials have expired. Please log-in everytime.'

It just keeps on happening. After typing in my Account name and password, the log in window disappears regularly, so obviously I'm expecting the actual origin window to show up but nothing shows. I click on origin again and then that's where it tells me that my login credentials have expired. It's making me angry! I haven't been able to play a game on this thing the whole day. I'm thinking about just uninstalling it and then reinstalling it, but I don't know how much that'd help. I'm not even quite sure whether the games will stay or not.

  • For account problems like this you will need to contact a Game Advisor at EA Customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us

I recommend that you use the telephone option and the “call me” option so you don't have to stay on hold for a long time.

1 Click on the following link: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
2 Make sure you are logged in (top right corner)
3 Click on the blue button "Contact a Game Advisor"
4 Enter the name of your game or product (or "Origin" for account-related issues) and click "Find Solutions"
5 Select the type of issue and the platform you play on, and click on "Find Solutions".
6 Click on the blue button "I still need help" if the FAQ articles do not apply to your situation.
7 Select a contact option. Note that you may get different contact options depending on your country.

Justasii that was the actual answer because this is a community driven self help forum not official EA support.  That means that as community volunteers we are gamers just like you who do not work for EA.  Since we do not work for EA we cannot access his account, nor can the handful of EA mods who supervise this forum.  Therefore for all account related issues we must ultimately refer a troubled user to a Game Advisor at EA who can access the persons account to see what is wrong.

We provide solutions and work arounds on this forum for problems that gamers can fix and troubleshoot at the user level, but we will never provide a "BS Answer" just to respond to a post.  If an issue must be handled by someone with account access we will refer that person to a Game Advisor to remedy the gamer's problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you have a solution for the OP that does not require him speaking to a Game Advisor I would love to hear it as I like to learn more in order to better assit the Battlefield community.  I am also sure that the OP and the 22 others who stated they have this problem will also value your solution.  That being said snarky replies like your first one do nothing to assist the OP with his problem are counter productive so please keep your replies professional and helpful.

I'm closing this thread to stop it being necroed.

If you have any issues with Battlefield 3 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
