Packet Loss and Low FPS for no reason
I run my game at high settings, and can hit 120fps+ easily unless it's a small 64 player server, but I've been getting red packet loss and even more so, Low FPS indicators. See this image to see what I mean: http://i.imgur.com/wfNhpt2.png
I can't figure out why I'm getting these, every time I get the Low FPS one my game stutters and it's obnoxious to play with. I tried reinstalling BF4 and it didn't help.
EDIT: I've determined through using console commands that when my Low FPS indicator turns on, my CPU spikes in usage on the graph, literally BREAKING THROUGH half my screen in a giant tower.
