Packet loss cause of BF4 exe

Im loosing reguarly connection to servers and Teamspeak cause of high packet loss.

Never had this problems before. Im going over IP4 connection with a clean system. All drivers uptodate.

32mb cable broadband. http://www.pingtest.net/ says all is fine with my connection.

Its clearly the bf4.exe causing the high packet loss and INet connection lost.

How can it be a game exe is killing my internet connection like this ?

Never saw something like that before. This is more like a Virus /Trojan behavior then a game exe.

P.S.:

I tried nearly all possible fixes myself.

UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) activated and deactivated.

Allways running as admin. Antivir software off,

Deactivated QoS-Engine and IP6 Protocolls.

Firmware and drivers from the whole hardware are uptodate.

All ports are forwarded and not blocked through firewall ect..
