Bought BF3 on EA App after refunding it on Steam, not appearing in library now?

I refunded BF3 after trying to figure out why it wasnt launching for like an hour, i figured it was probably some bug with it being on Steam, so i refunded it on there so I could buy it on the EA App itself, but its been nearly an entire day after buying it and it STILL hasnt appeared in my Library, despire having an email thanking me for the purchase alongside an order number.

    Giving EA any more money is probably not a good idea. I hope you can solve your case by talking to an EA advisor. I am guessing if you can prove your purchase the game will eventually be restored? Keep trying maybe you get lucky.

    So, I eventually figured out the problem, and that was that I bought Battlefield 3 Premium instead of the Premium Edition of the game, which is **bleep**ing annoying, cus I had to buy the $2 base game just to use the content i bought. But im now having the issue of apparently they had a error processing my payment so they **bleep**ing removed it from my account, : D
