Not the only one, we are also facing issues with error code 1. Server is purchased for 180days (which is quite pricey) and NOBODY can join. Happened since last server maitenance ...
@PoLaaG Yes mine was for 180 days as well. They clearly do NOT care at all, and there is NO WAY to directly get ahold of the team that supports this product.
