Pathetic server support

Hi,

Recently purchased Battlefield 1; it is my biggest regret and I will be sure not to buy any EA games again. Every time I try to join a server for multiplayer I get the error "disconnected from session". Tried everything I could including opening ports, disabling certain router features, etc. But nothing worked. Pretty pathetic that such a large company cannot create servers and yet charges overkill for DLC and the game. I requested a refund within 24 hours but on the first attempt I got an error. On the second attempt it passed, but I have not received a refund yet (been a week). I understand you want to keep my money EA, go ahead and keep it. But you lose far more in the long run.

    Hello @null_str

I can totally see why you are frustrated by this connection troubles. Most connection issues could be solved by performing some basic troubleshooting steps, should you wish to give Battlefield 1 a second chance. As for your refund status, it can take some time to proceed the request. If you have any questions, regarding this matter, do not hesitate to contact EA Advisors

    Cheers,

    Archi

I made this post in April and it is May now. I tried running the game several times since then and it still doesn't work lol. Whatever though, I've lost interest in this game anyways. One thing I'd like to mention is that I played the trial version before buying this game. I didn't have to do any of the port-forwarding/router config pish posh for the trial which ran multiplayer perfectly.
