PC - BF4 - Can not click anything on my game

Hi, I'm playing this game at Republic of Korea.

Played this game for 23 hours, and some unpredicted problem occured.

Mouse cursor does not appear on game menu so I can't click anything

I tried to enter a game by just a keyboard, but because I couldn't use my mouse, I couldn't even deploy to start a game.

BF1 didn't have this kind of problem.

I really want to play this game again.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

    Got it, thanks. 

    Have you had a chance to try repairing BF4 in Origin to see if that helps at all? If you right-click on the game in your Origin Library you'll see a Repair option in the menu that pops up. 

    Let me know if the same issue keeps happening afterward. Thanks!

    Hi @TriggerHappy0204. 


    Just a heads-up I moved your thread over to the BF4 boards. 

    This same issue is happening every time you launch the game, or is it random?

    sorry for replying too late.

    now i solved my problem thanks to you but another problem emerged.

    punkbuster kicks me out of the game every single time i try to play my game. i updated it but it occurs again and again

    i swear to god that i do not use any cheat program
