    @Carbonic  Tried playing in Windowed Borderless (G-Sync is on only in fullscreen) and it didn't fix the stuttering.

      Did you use DDU for the clean driver reinstall?

        @Carbonic No I did not, I clean installed it via GeForce Experience. However there was a driver update a few days ago and after installing it I noticed that the problem was still present thus I doubt that the problem is a particular graphics driver.
