[PC] Battlefield 4 always freezes on the cutscene at the start of the 3rd level

Hello, all. I really hope you can help me. I just got Battlefield 4. I am trying to play through the campaign, and every time I get to the cutscene at the start of the 3rd level, the game crashes. It...

    Have you already tried to repair the game? right click on bf4 in origin> repair game

Well... I had tried it. But it was the only thing I hadn't tried twice. And it seems to have worked! The cutscenes still stutter regularly, but it hasn't crashed again. Fingers crossed! Thanks!
