Hello!!! @FoxDie80
-Check the minimum system requirements of the game against your computer (Windows/Mac) and update any drivers that are out-of-date.
-Unplug all USB devices (aside from the mouse and keyboard) and try the game again.
-Disable the Origin in-game overlay (IGO).
-To do this, launch the Origin client, then go to the Origin menu, Application Settings, Origin In Game, and then uncheck "Enable Origin In Game."
-Update the game.
-Repair the game install.
-Update your system (Windows/Mac)

Hi, thank you for your reply..
I have done what you said step by step in the order you wrote them. To be honest, only Battlefield 4 game updated something around 97-98MB. Everything else was up to date.
Problem isnt solved unfortunitely. I still get random game freezes and i keep ending up restarting my laptop.
Also, after the BF4 update, now im having stutters. Like as if my graphics cards is not enough. (Settings were always "low")

The quick answer to your problem is that your laptop's integrated GPU the Intel HD 4000 is below the minimum required GPU specs to run BF4. You can see where your card in the right hand column ranks in the depth chart compared to the minimum spec GPU the Nividia GeForce 8800GT here: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html
Battlefield 4 System Requirements
Minimum:
OS: Windows Vista SP2 32 bit (with KB971512 Platform Update)
Processor: AMD Athalon X2 2.8 GHZ, Intel CORE 2 DUO 2.4 GHZ
Memory: 4 GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 3870, NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT
Graphics Memory: 512 MB
Hard Drive:
30 GB
Recommended:
OS: Windows 8 64 Bit
Processor: AMD Six-Core CPU, Intel Quad-core CPU
Memory: 8 GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7870, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
Graphics Memory: 3 GB
Hard Drive: 30 GB

Hello again,
My laptop used to run BF4 without any freezes before. Although i had stutters at some point (usually when my pc is all full of stuff, games etc. I also got an SSD and coppied my windows to new SSD. That fixed the stutters at the time).
I also have a AMD Radeon HD 8730m graphics card. Can i use that instead of Intel?

Hello @FoxDie80
try to update drivers on my way 🙂:
- install all Windows updates, restart PC
- download dxwebsetup and run/install it as Admin
- uninstall AMD GPU driver, restart PC
- download and run as Admin AMD Clean tool, restart PC
- download and install latest video driver version from this site as Admin, restart PC
- check that game use the AMD GPU and use "High Performance" mode.
- check and close\disable all programs like this
- delete folder C:\Users\[User_name]\Documents\Battlefield 4\ (and don't change ingame video options such as "API graphics" - use DX11, and "Display mode" - use Full screen)
- run Origin as Admin, try to play...
