Battlefield 1 won't start.

I'm getting the error code and it claims it's "faulty hardware" i don't think that's what it is because my other games work fine. (this is my only current ea game). i've tried reinstalling both the game and ea anticheat, i've tried to make exceptions for microsoft defender, running as admin for steam and the game, nothing has worked. plz help. 😣
