PC BF1 Low FPS on all image quallity levels

Question

I bought new pc for battlefield 1 and after installation i have Low FPS warning icon all the time ( single or multyplayer) and FPS is between 30 and 35 on Ultra or Low level detail doesnt matter,
i tried everything from reinstaling windows, drivers, game, dx 11 and 12, all graphic options on/off, limiting FPS (forum advices)... nothing helps...

AsRock H170M Pro4s
i5 6600K
Gainward Phoenix 1060 6gb
Intel SSD 240gb
Kingston HyperX Fury PC 21300 8GB
XFX XT 500W

my problem also was: i am playing on a normal TV 1360x768 59,80Hz
so, as i switched the resolution to any other with 60,02Hz or 59,94Hz that fixed my low fps!
