(PC) [BF1] Unable to connect to online.

I didn't change the date or time at all, I never had a reason to, never did have a reason to change it. 

@BlueEyedTiger13 what exactly happens if you try to go online or like connect?

It just doesn't do anything, I click "Go Online" and it just says "failed to connect to EA servers" followed by a link to learn more about it. I followed the link ("http://help.ea.com/article/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play") and nothing has worked. 

Did you try a simple reinstalling of the game yet?

tried all the steps, nothing works. game (BF1) does not connect online, nor save single player. what a pain..

what type of garbage is this that they expect a user to do all these fixes? shouldn't they build stuff that works? can I get my money back?
