PC, BF4 stuttering.

I have a i5 4690k and gtx 970. For some reason, on most maps, after some time of gameplay things start to stutter. My GPU goes from 100% to nearly 0% load. The temps at max load stay at around 70. Never has it gone over 75. My CPU stays around 50. I have 8 GB of RAM also. Please help, I really like playing this game but the stutters happen mostly when I get in a firefight and they're really frustrating.

    @Swiiftty I experienced this last night and doing the following solved it for me. After the game window launches hit control+alt+delete and close origin.exe (don't worry BF4 will still run even if Origin gives you a warning. Then I closed firefox and the stutter and lag went away.
