If your on PC what fixed it for someone in my house was to turn off PC then after a bit turn it on and close all extra programs on PC. From this start only origin and the D/L and dont touch the PC just walk away and it did D/L for him. I hope this can help you.

I did reboot my PC before I go to work and I left it downloading and I saw it repeating the same thing.
Did you close all extra programs running as well? This was a key point for him to get the D/L and no idea why it had to be done this way :/
