[PC] Clicking anything on deployment-screen sends to Windows-desktop

I have this issue. Only fix has been to stop the game. close origin and battlefield 3 actionlog...anything having to do with BF3 including web browser.  Reopen and try again.  

Seems to only happen (this JUST started) when I try to join another game without quitting first the one I was in (thus closing the application window that bf3 was running in).
