When you say Microsoft can't find an issue are you talking about the Win10 integrity scanner?

It was my GPU drivers. Clean installed them and no issues since.

How do i go about clean installing my GPU drivers as i am having this problem with fifa 21

Download a utility called Display Driver Uninstaller.

Reboot into safe mode and run the utility.

Reboot into normal boot operation.

Install the recommended driver.

Never install a GPU driver over another. I haven't had any issues since using this method.
