Just checked and I saw no emails so I guess i'm not banned 🤔
Do you use any VPN/proxy programs ? Can you please reboot your Internet (Modem or Router) and run a clean boot on your PC https://help.ea.com/tr/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/ ?
Check your game.

I have a VPN program but I have it off most of the time I also ran a clean boot of my computer and I got this message one time (YOU HAVE LOST CONNECTION TO THE EA SERVERS online features will be unavailable. Please try again. See http://help.ea.com/article/not-able-to-connect-to-
online-play for additional information.) {but after that I get the original Error message: Failed to connect to ea online online features will be unavailable. Please try again. See http://help.ea.com/article/not-able-to-connect-to-
online-play foradditional information} - Babyhuehnchen9 years agoSeasoned Ace
Hello @Mrmakeshift2,
Please try repairing the game by right clicking on it in origin and pressing "repair game". When its finished, try launching it again. If it still fails, try clearing your origin cache as described here.
If you need further assistance, please feel free to ask inhere.
Greetings,
Babyhuehnchen
