(PC) How do I change mouse smoothness?

at battlefield 1, my aiming seems to be completely messed up. it isnt smooth like in overwatch, far from it. when i want to move just a tiny bit, the accelerator thinks i want to move it at max speed. its driving my nuts and its frustrating me.

can someone please help me with this issue?

  • @pavlitsjenko What is your model of the mouse? If you have a software for your mouse, please make sure that acceleration is disabled there. Also, in the game settings turn off the "Raw Mouse Input" option

If that doesn't work, try to disable V-Sync since it can cause some input lags and try to reinstall/update your driver of the mouse. Also, try to reset your game settings by deleting PROFSAVE_profile file in your Documents>>Battlefield 1>>Settings.

  • ya, someone in game told me to turn off v-sync and that did just the trick. my aim is so much smoother now.

You also can try MarcMouseFix. Its completely remove mouse pointer acceleration. Mouse start moving very smooth and precisely. Better than with disabling v-sync.
