Have you tried disabling your Anti-Virus while playing? Have you added Battlefield 1 to your Firewall?
Also, have you tried connecting via an Ethernet cable to rule out that it is the WiFi causing the issue?
Another thing it could be is part of the physical connections to your home, or within your home. I know for sure that can cause issues from personal experience. One day (only about 5-6 months ago) I started lagging and having huge ping spikes out of the blue. Everything I tried myself to resolve the issue failed. So I contacted my ISP and had them come out. He plugged into my wall connection with a signal tracer, and was receiving tons of errors. Next he when and hooked up to the connection on the outside of my building, and received no errors, so that meant the issue was somewhere from the terminal box to the wall connection. He opened up the plate and saw the splitter the contractors used, as well as the connecters on the end of the wires were all cheap hardware store ones. He cut all of them, used high quality parts, used a high quality splitter. Hooked up his tester once more, and BINGO, errors disappeared.
