Cant see much from your video but does it help if you remove all the settings by removing the settings folder(you can take a backup if you want):
C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Battlefield 4\settings
After this update is done I'm going to see if the patch did anything and then I'll try removing the settings folder and then I'll report back.Edit: Patch didn't do anything, trying settings
In the video I uploaded you can see it most at the 10 second mark how it's shaky when moving the mouse instead of smooth.
Tried deleting the settings file, still jittery.
I'm going to record another clip where it is very noticable and upload it momentarily.

Alright here is the new video. The problem is most noticable at 1:00

Seems weird, lets try a little troubleshooting.
- Does it still happen if you turn all the graphics settings to the lowest possible?
- If it's the acceleration that causes, does it work if you set it to 0%?

1) Yeah it still happens no matter what the video settings are on. Even tried different resolutions, windowed mode, borderless mode, vsync on and off..
2) If by acceleration you mean the mouse sensitivty in the menu, it does still happen at lower settings but it is still noticable. Set to 0 it is fairly smooth (still not as smooth as other games) but of course it's very difficult to move with the setting that low. As a middleground I have it set to 15% and then I crank my mouses on the fly DPI really high to make it feel somewhat normal but it's still jittery when moving.
I've also tried to switch on and off the raw mouse input setting and it does nothing either.
