[PC] Origin refuses to locate my Battlefield 1 game files

I've installed the entire game which is located on my computer. All the 47gb. I have already swapped the folder in the application settings to the one I've installed the game into. Origin either find...

    I've had kind of the same issue before.

    What worked for me was to set a new "Game Download Folder". Set Origin to put your files to that folder, and copied my files directly to there.

    Then I "installed" BF1, but all it did was checking the files. 


    Never had an issue with that again.

Hello @Barr3h and thank you for sharing your solution for this issue with us here. Have you noticed, the date on the original post? It is like 7 month old. I am sure, there are some players on our forum, who are in need of assistance right now, and can use a good advice from an experienced player.
