[PC] Quick Play menu is blank

The Quick Play menu is blank for me when I open Battlefield 1. Sometimes it works normally and I can use the menu, but most of the time it is blank and I need to use the server browser. I am playing on PC on Windows 10.

I have a GTX 970 and 16 GB of ram.

I have already tried:

-Repairing and Reinstalling the game

-Running Battlefield 1 and Origin as administrator

Quick match has had sporadic issues in BF titles since BF3. Are you able to use the server browser to join a match? If you can I recommend using that method as there are no reliable ways to correct the quick match errors that I've come across.

Try a clean boot on your PC and check your "Quickmatch" menu https://help.ea.com/tr/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

If the "Origin in game" enabled, then please disable it.

I tried the clean boot, but the Quickmatch menu is still broken for me.

Well, probably, it is a bug. I've checked Quick Play menu few times and it's working fine for me. So, please post about this bug on official Battlefield forums and Battlefield 1 CTE Reddit:

I just had the exact same problem when I opened BF1 today. How did you fix it in the end?
