[PC] Server disconnect after playing some minutes since June update

Seriously, EA? This is what you call customer support? I poured so much money in your games and you simply ignore my problem while helping others even though I described my problem in the best possible way?

Ok. I will never again buy EA stuff. Never. Well done.

I am having the same / similar issue since the update the other day. When in the game menus, it constantly blacks out and reloads. I can't load the customise character screen, and don't have enough time to change any settings before it reloads. Screenshot attached of what it does every 5 seconds. I have tried repair, uninstall & reinstall, and clean install of graphics drivers.

How is this issue similar to that I have, Rob Snow?

Also, EA is ignoring my issue while answering to others in this forum which even have provided little to no information about their specific problem. I will write an E-Mail to them about this.

I have the issue since I first tried the game on trial since last year summer. I was complaining about the issue during january and february. And I just came back to try again the game after buying a new router. Still the same issue. There are other people who have the game since day 1 and experience the issue since then. Nobody will help you and you will be ignored. Our complaints does not matter to EA since everyone already knows they are a garbage company, we can not ruin their reputation anymore, so they don't care about a few hunder thousands customers who can not play the game. You have to buy a not cheap VPN to have a stable connection and be able to play a single frickin game. Or use a free VPN service, which is bandwith limited, traffic capped and with limited server availability. That way you can play it but you will have a horrible experience and you will give up on the game after half months of suffering of high ping. So, no, nobody will help you, they will ignore you and give a standard PR support message with a useless link that does not fix your issue. Try VPN, I guarantee you won't be dropped off matches.
