PC Soldier, Multiplayer, and Campaign Tabs Stuck on Loading...

I click on BF4 in Origin, which launches BF4 in my browser. However, after that, I can only play Campaign. The Soldier, Multiplayer, and Campaign tabs only show "Loading...": The Campaign tab shows "Play Campaign", and I can get into it that way. I have updated Nvidia Drivers, run BF4 as Administrator, repaired the game in Origin, and updated Punkbuster. I could not find this issue in the forums.
