Disabling AA does work, but it's kind of ugly. I have the following hardware:
Motherboard, ASUS A-88X Pro
CPU, AMD A10 7850K
GPU, AMD HD 6970
Soundcard, Asus Xonar DX
Have you already checked if a different driver version will fix the issue as well as used all different AA options?

Same thing with both old and new drivers, only deferred AA causes it.

How much RAM?
Also please try repairing the game as the attatchment may be corrupt.

I have 16GB of RAM, unfortunately repairing my game did nothing.
