When you start Battlefield 3's campaign mode, before you resume, have you tried clicking Back?
This will take you to the main menu, where you can then access Options. From within the Options menu, you should be able to adjust resolution size, key bindings, audio settings and more. Make sure when you change a setting, you select Apply These Settings (Apply Fullscreen Resolution).
I tested this with your account and was able to update settings. What happens when you attempt to update the settings?
You need to select the Option "Custom" first, so you can adjust the other options

Tried backing out, I can bring up the options menu but there is not a "custom" button, no sub menus come up. If I click graphics quality it highlights graphics quality but no choices come up. Same thing when I click on mouse sensitivity, it highlights it but no sub menus pop up. I can access options menus, but not bring up any other sub menus. All options under graphics quality are grayed out and are unselectable. Same with key bindings,.. Only thing that is accessible is common settings, but can't change anything there either.

Clicking back, just like the other options still brings up options, but no sub choices come up. Graphics quality shows, I click on it and it highlights, but no choices come up, all other below graphic quality are grayed out and are unselectable. Option menus come up but no choices come up when they are selected.

I have the exact same problem. Did you ever find an answer to it?
