[PC]Battlefield 4 InGame Dark Texture Bug

Hello,

My Battlefield 4 worked perfectly in Ultra settings at 60 FPS until recently, the textures ( lighting and overall surrounding ) in the game goes completely dark and its like playing Night Operations in a Day Map.

I've tried the following to fix it but all failed :

1. Repaired the Game

2. Disabled Origin Cloud Sync

3. Deleted the BF4 Folder under " My Documents "

4. Ran both Origin and BF4 as Administrator
5. Updated and Reinstalled Punkbuster

6. Reduce the Graphics and settings.

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate - 64bit 

RAM : 16GB DDR4 HyperX

CPU : Intel i3 6th Gen

GPU : MSI GTX 970 Factory OC Edition

Case : CIRCLE Epic CC

FAN : Stock FAN

PSU : Antec VP 650 Watts

HHD : 1.5 TB Segate

SSD : 250GB Crucial

Background applications that work while I play BF4 : NVIDIA ShadowPlay  ( I always use this everytime I play the game, so this cant be the problem )

I'd love to get some help from the community as  getting a live support from EA is insanely difficult. I had to wait for 10 hours for an advisor to chat with me and at the 11th Hour, I get disconnected saying no advisor is available and try again tomorrow.

I also dont want to Re-install the entire game ( or atleast make it the last option ). Since I only have a limited download available.
