PC:BF4 "Error Game disconnected: could not join server."

I get this problem more than 50% of the time when I try to join a BF4 multiplayer game.  I wait in the queue, it counts down.  The the game launches, the desktop and browser go away to the game, I ha...

Since a few days I have this problem, but not on all servers ! Strange? 

What I did:

1. smart port forwarding added a few ports. 

2. downloaded pbsvc

3. downloaded pbsetup

4. running as admin.

What else can I do?

If its only happening on selected servers then it just seems that some servers are just crap!
