Community AdminThanks for the extra details, if it's outputting on your tv at least there's not some horrible internal issue where no sound is being made.
Is there an arrow or drop down option within the Volume Mixer to choose a different device?

Yes, there is an option for two other audio outputs when I click the drop down arrow. They're both labeled as "Speakers (High Definition Audio Device)". No programs are coming out of the second one.

I see, thanks. Can you try restarting your system, then try disabling alternate devices throught the Device Manager, or unplug any unused devices with an audio output Then please try launching the game again and see if anything changes.

I turned off all other audio outputs besides the one that basically manages everything and nothing changed.

If you right-click your output device from the mixer and check Properties > Advanced, what default format is it set to? Does changing this have any effect?
