[PC]Unable to play multiplayer:"Matchmaking Failed"&&"Server Disconnected" errors

Product: Battlefield 1
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Everytime I try to play online it either gives me "Matchmaking Failed, an unknown error occured" or "Server disconnected, you have lost the connection to the session." This has made me unable to play multiplayer for 2,5 days now.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Do quickmatch > Any gamemode [OR] Operations > Join any game 2) Join the game 3) Either the Matchmaking error will pop up now [OR] it will continue loading the game 4) After loading you hear sounds but then the screen goes black and the Server disconnected error comes up.
What happens when the bug occurs? It kicks me out of multiplayer and sends me back to the multiplayer menu.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Operations
AMD or Nvidia Model Number NVIDIA GeForce Windforce GTX1060 6GB VRAM
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16GB

I would like if anyone helped me with this. Everything was fine before and now it just wont let me play online. If anyone could help me then i would really appreciate that !

    Also happened on PS4, I can't any whole game for about two days.

    If you dead or change map, this issue happens.

    This really destroy my feeling of BF1

    They will just give you an excuse for their poor servers, had this problem for a while can't seem to fix it.
