Phantom assignments not working

Do you have a link to your Battlelog soldier profile? The synchronization between matches and Battlelog happens in our sever backend. It might be that the progress will upgrade with the next server synchronization. There is not much we can do here in Answer HQ as usually re-installing the plugins won't help.

I am having the same problem with mine. I am going to be very specific as I think this is related to another problem I had:

I am playing Battlefield 4 on the PS3 at the moment and I had a very big problem two days ago, trying to install the 1.15 update. The update would say error when it started installing and I would have to restart it. It also deleted all my Game Data for BF4 as well as DLC.I ended up solving it, by entering in DNS codes which made it update, but I still had to reinstall EVERYTHING.

I got it all done today and was going to try to get the Phantom Bow, and do all of the assignments. Well I was doing the Phantom Trainee I believe, and only had the 2x Shotgun Ribbon in a round to do and once I finished it, it didn't show any progress in the Battlelog app and it didn't unlock the reward camo for it either. I tried doing the other assigment after I couldn't find a solution, hoping it would update and even that assigment wouldn't update my progress. All my other assigments seem to be showing progress in the post game lobby, but I didn't see the Phantom assignments there, and I also haven't checked any other assignments in the Battlelog. One thing I did confirm though, was that I did finish the Phantom Trainee assignment and got the 2x Shotgun Ribbons in a round done. I pulled up my labtop and went to Battlelog and on the homepage, where I am tracking the Phantom Assignments underneath my avatar and rank it shows it is done 100%. However, when I click on the assignments and find it, it doesnt show my progress.

This has led me to a dead end, and I can't find any solution on the forums or anything and eventually I found this thread. I am hoping this will help, and that somebody will help me figure this out or give me a solution.

will i get the progress if it gets updated ?

Try downloading Premium again. This worked for me. If it does't my only other solution would be to reinstall everything over again. Hope this helps, and your not alone with the frustration.

I tried all this except re-downloading Premium. Thanks for the suggestions!

On battlelog, I was able to access the phantom assignment, but when I click on them to see the reward requirements, there is a "?" under it.
