Phantom bow assignment stats aren't working pls help

Hi i cant seem to get the phantom program assignments to work, i watched a YouTube video on how to activate it by clicking the skull on the bottom right corner of the leader boards in battlelog and i put the password in and it says its completed but its not on my ps3's battlelog... Pls help anybody???
