Phantom Camouflage and Paint missing in-game.

I was able to use both the paint and camo until sometime in late August. The paint is selectable in Battlelog but in-game it just shows up as the default weapon/vehicle color. I have talked to customer support twice about this (1 chat and 1 phone call) and obviously they could not solve the problem. Repairing the game and all DLCs through Origin did nothing. I spent a lot of time completing the assignments and would like the use the things I've unlocked.
