Phantom mastery 500 kills dog tag

I'm well over the 500 kills and I am aware of the fact that the dog tag is bugged. Is there somekind of workaround for equipping the dog tag tho since I have seen people with it or is there no way?

    Hi @a_dedder_mem

    I just checked your Battlelog profile and saw you got already over 800 kills with it.

    Usually the unlock for the 500 kills dogtag should work fine.

    But i also saw on your profile that you didn't find any of the 4 Final Stand dogtags, where you needed at least one to reach the Phantom Room to get the Bow + final assignment there. Which tells me, you didn't get it the official way. 

    And as you said you got it in the secret Box on the Map "Operation Outbreak", that means you can't complete the Kills this way! Getting it by this Box only gives you access to use the Weapon, but nothing that's supposed to be unlocked by it. 

    Same would be if you pick up the Bow from people you killed and then do kills with their Bow. This would also not work towards the 500 kills dogtag, even if you actually do the kills. 

    With that being said, you need to get the Bow again by the Phantom Room to activate the kills to be counted. Maybe even activate the last assignment in the Room too if you're there then, just to be sure.

Yeah I figured that. Thanks anyway. Guess I'll have to find people to do the assignment with.

    On AHQ actual EE Topics might get lost as not many people expect this Forum to be a place to find players to squad up with for some ingame EE stuff. 

    On the Battlefield Easter Egg Discord tho, we still offer help on easter eggs, for whatever EE it's needed. Depending on if a helper is available atm.

    Recently most likely with the BF1 Master Man easter egg as that one is still more present at this time. 

    Not many request about BF4 EE help lately.

    But still, you can always ask for help in the #easter-egg-help channel in our Discord, or maybe find players to do it with in like the #squad-up channel.

    Or also could try your luck on the official Battlefield Discord channel, but this is not really EE focused. More like a general chat to find player for any things Battlefield related.
