Phantom prospect

Dear Dice Taem,

I am playing BF4 on PS4 platform, i do have a premium access, i was trying to unlock, phantom prospect assignment, but due to some error on battle log, i was unable to initialize Phantom program, its shows below mention Msg, 

>>> INITIALIZING PHANTOM PROGRAM <<<

Identifying user
Current user: LeonHector46
PREMIUM not detected
ACCESS DENIED
_

Please resolve this issue, MY BF ID is LeonHactor46

    I have checked your BF4 account and it says you're not premium. 

    You probably purchased Deluxe Edition, getting that won't grant you premium access. If you did purchase your premium edition for BF4 and are still having issues, please contact EA Advisor[s] for further actions.

    Thanks for the reply, but i do have a premium game, on game its showing, but not updated on battle log. 

    Please find the attached photos, Also advise how can i contact EA advisors.

  • Thanks i have contacted EA but sadly they told me to contact with sony since i purchase from PS store.

    any way appreciated you help.

    Was it truly with this main soldier account on your PS4 that you bought the Premium?

    It is only the main account that purchased the Premium where you will have access to the Premium Phantom program within the BF4 game.  All sub-accounts on that PS4 will have access to all the full BF4 gane and also all the DLC maps as your screenshot shows, but they will not be able to initiate the Phantom program for those sub account soldiers.

    Thanks for your concern and advice, yes i purchased battlefield 4 form PS store from my same PSN account, i already forwarded all relevant details to Sony, waiting for their reply.

    OK very good @LeonHector46,

    Though honestly I doubt that Sony will/can be of much help to you here, as they mainly just cash your purchase with them and provide you with the download of the application, which they in turn pay a part of back to EA.  But Sony is themselves not handling your BF4 soldier progress.  To me it would still be for EA support to help you with, as they are the ones running the server and database for your progress in their game on this.  So for me, the answer to your trouble (if you have the receipt and all in order for your Premium Solider Purchase) is to contact EA BF4 support (the online chat works great for such problem) and ask them to kick the box/flip the switch or whatever they need to do to get your soldier enlisted to the Phantom Program progress as you deserve!
