I'm having same problem. I got shotgun ribbons twice in 2 different rounds.
Phantom trainee not updating.
can't get the compund bow if it doesn't complete.
Real bummer.
Also a lot of other accomplishment are fubar too.
Landed on Caspian tower, got assignment completed. Play caspian border, it says i still need it.

you think its probably just some glitch? itll be a pain to go back and do it all again. its weird though becuase im still getting progress for everything else just not phantom trainee
