Can´t you just return your Collector´s Edition because of this invalid code?
There are a lot of people with this problem. Return all the Colector´s Edition isn´t a solution and/or an option.

Why not? A new thread every 2 weeks isn´t that much better to me.
I redeemed my code by using that website, so my code was valid and the website worked.
I don´t see why the website shouldn´t be working anymore (I can still see my PS4-Code there).
Was your Collector´s Edition still sealed when you received it?
Maybe someone returned it after using the code.
I´m not stupid bro, I bought a brand new and sealed Collector´s Ed.
If you can see your code is because you can redeemed it. I can´t.
If I check View Previously Redeemed Codes I can read You have no redeemed codes. and if I go to Origin, the code is recognize and valid but I can´t do it from there because is for PC only.
I can´t chat with EA Support and yes, believe me, there are a lot of people with this problem.
