Look, I´m just trying to figure out what´s wrong.
I can understand your frustration, but you´re not the only one who is not stupid.
What´s your plan then?
Redeem your code in Origin and see what happens (nothing).
Then contact the support again to switch your 1911 to your Xbox account.
Don´t chat, better use Email or phone.
There are just 2-3 threads around here, where do you find a lot of people with this problem?
And what have they already tried to solve it?
To me it seems like a general connection/data transfer issue between XBL and EA/Origin, because there are other known problems (with mappacks for example).
Yes, I found a lot of more. Batllefield 1´s Facebook is a good place that you can find the same problem.
Here are some examples from another forum...

🤔Hmmm, problems since June and even on PS4. My theory is wrong.
Are there any solutions? Is it working on PC only right now?

Nop, no solutions. And (for now) I can´t contact EA Help LIVE CHAT and explain that code wasn´t redeemed yet because Triforge web don´t recognize it.
Xbox and PC doesn´t have this problem. I don´t know why...

Hey @Kerverosi,
sorry to see that's causing issues. The code is supposed to be entered on the website where it then can be transformed to a code for a platform of your choice.
Apparently that didn't really work out for you and you redeemed it in Origin. That unfortunately unlocks the Weapon for PC only and not for all platforms. Although I cannot solve that right away, feel free to point other affected players to this thread so I can take a closer look. I'll also merge similar threads into this one if I find any so we can see what we're dealing with here.
For further clarification: You tried to enter the code on the website, it was shown as invalid, then you took the same code and redeemed it on Origin, which was fine?
Cheers, Joker.
