Hello! What happened with ping on EA - European servers? Ping was 35 and became 160 +
Those 3 hops are not our servers, that would be a great example of routing issues. I recommend talking to the Isp as we dont control how you connected to our servers that would be ISP. @II-_A-1_3-V_-II

We are a group of players spread across Europe, North Africa, ME and Western Asia. We run 3 different BF4 servers for the Playstation world and we have not seen any change recently in the connectivity. For what we know, the servers are based in Frankfurt (dont know if EA moved our stauff here, as BF2042 was moved there for European servers) or near Rotterdam in the Netherlands (it certainly used to be here for years).
So my own ping to our servers remain consistently in the 16-19ms range. While players in e.g. India or Boston USA typically goes up to around 80-110 ms. But these numbers have not gone up versus previously...
As @EA_Atic points out, your tracert log appears to indicate a problem with your ISP and their routing from you towards the game server not being the most optimal way through the hops.
