this is because of web plugin try maybe different browser or reinstall plugin using this method posted by EA Agent X:

Make sure you have that somewhere in your download folder.

Next, completely uninstall it using the Control Panel - Programs & Features/Add Remove Programs. Once uninstalled, clear your browser cache, cookies and temp files. Now you're read to reinstall in a clean state. Find the browser plugin (most likely in your Downloads folder) and run the program. It will install the plugin and you should be set!.

p.s what is your pc specs?

windows 32 or 64 bits? did you tried fresh web plugin install or Fire Fox browser to use because i am on that browser all good in here, you can try this method of reinstall your web plugin:

BTW uinstaling, deleting cookies and caches, then reinstalling browser plugin doesnt work!  i use google chrome, firefox nor IE dont work either!

and i find something maybe good:

"my solution is i highlight bf3 in the website address and write anything random eg (dwgeg2) and press enter. it says this page doesn't exist. i highlight the multiplayer tab and go to the server browser and the pings are back =)"

Nevermind!  My internet company came and replaced with new router, all working fine now :D

NO! When i have put new PORTS for bf3 , for disconenting issue, now ping still doesnt show, i think its a port problem!?!? Help!
