Play on PS3 works fine. I play on PS4 it doesn't work

I can play this game all day on PS3, no problems.

However once I goto the PS4 the sound either isn't there or cuts out constantly. This is annoying as it is. However EVERY match I play I'm also constantly rubber banding ever 2-3 seconds. This game is completely broken on the PS4. 

It has nothing to do with my internet as I can hop on the PS3 and it works fine. Once I start on the PS4 is completely trash.
