Origin is the game client, means this software is handling the game and other things. Without Origin you cant normaly play. Sorry for the bad news, but you have to wait until your new monthly internet allowance is available.

the page that opens itself, is called Battlelog. You start your game from there, join servers from there etc. 
A constant internet connection is required to play Battlefield Hardline.

the link that you send, there's a big orange "PLAY CAMPAIGN" button on the middle of that page. 
Even on Multiplayer it's the same. ^^ You press that button, game starts. @aAragnoN.
