Server Browser shows 54 Players, you enter game, game empty. Happens often and on multiple servers. Please fix.
A few server owners use seeding bots to show fake player counts using bots, to make people think they're joining full matches. Unfortunately, what often seems to happen is that people just join empty servers.
If it happens while you're playing Dice official servers, though, then something different is going on.
This may be an issue with private servers. Some servers increase the number of bots to attract players. You can look for servers with a more realistic number of players. Usually, servers displaying 54, 58, or 63 players are showing false numbers.👌

This way my first thought too. It feels like an issue caused by seeding bots.

This issue occurs only on private servers and is a known problem caused by server owners attempting to artificially inflate player counts. The issue is present in other Battlefield games like Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4, but it's easier to detect on them.
But its like a server shows 24 Players, but if I join I am completely alone, not even bots are there... strange..
