There are other reasons that your ping may be missing, sometimes browser updates create this problem, other times your firewall or ISP block your ping. The easiest thing to check is to try using another browser to launch BF4 and see if your ping reappears.

Ehh... I had an issue where I couldn't even issue ping commands in the cmd prompt, after many painful emails through my ISPs support, they have stated that they do not do any such of blocking, and came by to replace the modem as it was appearently too old... Now... While the cmd stuff works... The issue with not seeing ping on server/not showing ping to servers presists... Considering I have the windows firewall turned off, eitherway whitelisted things cause * windows sometimes, but yeah... The thing still isn't working.. I'm starting to give up on it cause obviously I can't do anything about it.
The stupidest part about this is that it worked about a year ago, worked just fine. At first I thought that it was caused by one of the BF4 patches, as it stopped working right after an update... But oh well.
There seems to be a lot of people experiencing this problem... yet the fixes aren't really, fully around...
EDIT: aaaaand nevermind, after stagerring months of pain from this, It has finally been resolved.... EVEN though I've port forwarded this before, and It hasn't worked... SOMEHOW, now It does.
Have you found a solution yet? I have the exact same problem and I have no idea how to fix it.
