Please Help. Battlefield 1 keeps saying Matchmaking failed, Unknown error.
Anyone having this same problem? Need a medic =(

@BoyTigasin21 Thanks for the post. What system are you on? Could you play before? Can you join games via the server browser? Can you join Operations?
Thanks.Hi @EA_David Im playing in the PC. Was having no problems at all in the beginning was able to reach level 18. It started when the internet router got turned off and then from then on cannot play via server browser and operations or quickmatch. Everything was working fine before that. I could see matches via the server buy once I join it shows a matchmaking error message. Not sure what to do =(

my other games is not having any issue with online multiplayer.

Thanks, from the description it sounds like a sudden router shutoff is a key factor.
Can you try power-cycling your router -turn it off for about 30 seconds- then try again after the restart?

Are you using the quickmatch function or the server browser? If using the quick match function are you able to find and join servers from the server browser?
- Hi @EA_David tnx for that, tried doing what you said and still doesnt work. Could there be anymore possible solutions to this. As the other games work fine in multiplayer. cheers. I tried reinstalling the game, didn't do the trick.
- hi @ragnarok013. Quickmatch not working anymore. Server broser allows me to browse ongoing matches but once I join it says cannot connect to server. Frustrating. :o/ tnx
