"Please repair you game install and try again"

I recently purchased battlefield 4 and as soon as I started the game a message came up saying "Please repair you game install and try again" 

I have already repaired the game, made origin an administrator that didn't help I also ran battlefield 4 as an administrator nope.

also I know that the problem isn't with the game because I launched the game on frosty mod manager and the game worked, but punk buster thought I was hacking so I can't play.

all and all I didn't pay that much for the game and if this doesn't work I'll probably buy it on steam it's just a bummer that EA can't make a functioning launcher
