So is the title "Keeper" an actual EA representative? Does this finally mean we've got someone's attention? It's only taken since launch (longer if you count the same issue that plagues BF3). *smh* Amazing...
repii, I appreciate you contacting AMD and hope this gets resolved soon. We've all been waiting for a fix for this very disruptive issue that makes the game essentially unplayable.
A big thanks to carbonic for putting all this info in one thread and helping this gain traction. You rock!

We at DICE have a long tradition of supporting our games and our community well after the release of a title. While millions of players are enjoying Battlefield 4, we are aware that some players are experiencing issues with the game.
I'm sorry - does this mean we have to wait months for the game to become playable?

I'm fairly sure this guy doesn't work for EA, as he doesn't have any indication that he does in his profile, unlike other staff.

DICE/EA have yet to officially acknowledge this issue.
I would just return the game.
