We at DICE have a long tradition of supporting our games and our community well after the release of a title. While millions of players are enjoying Battlefield 4, we are aware that some players are experiencing issues with the game.
I'm sorry - does this mean we have to wait months for the game to become playable?

I'm fairly sure this guy doesn't work for EA, as he doesn't have any indication that he does in his profile, unlike other staff.

DICE/EA have yet to officially acknowledge this issue.
I would just return the game.

I'm also experiencing this issue.
Iv'e also open a support ticket, and the EA representative told to unplug all my USB devices.
That's when I REALLY got pissed. I was expecting the rep to at list acknowledge this problem, its a fraud and a scam to sell your customers a PRODUCT THAT LEAKS TO MEMORY (IF YOU EVEN UNDERSTAND THE SEVERITY) AND NOT FIX IT FOR MORE THEN A MONTH AFTER LAUNCH.
I really believe with all my heart that EA need to take care of this issue and give a refund, or something else.

How do I open a support ticket? I'm not blind but I can't seem to find it? Do I need to call them?

Up thread, repii (Johan Andersson from the Frostbite team at DICE) responded, and seemed to imply it's an AMD issue. So it's kind of been acknowledged, although I'd like to see it added to their fix list they publicized yesterday.- Carbonic12 years agoHero+
