As this issue seems to have been resolved with new drivers I'll mark this thread as solved now.
Install the patch today, still get memory leak.
AMD also reply me today that the patch should fix the problem, unfortunately it isn't.
Texture Filtering is low btw.
I havn't gotten the memory leak in a long while. The people who still get it can they confirm they have used RamMap to check that it's indeed the non paged pool that the leak is occouring in?

Yup, non paged pool.
Game starts lagging and within a few seconds it's unplayable. Usually my wireless keyboard signal gets bad just before the game lags.
